We begin our journey with an iconic Seine River cruise, just our intimate group aboard a luxury pontoon boat. We’ll take in the sights of Paris while sipping French wine and enjoying a light lunch.

After our cruise, we’ll head over to the elegant Île Saint-Louis, where we’ll enjoy a wine and cheese pairing class in the historic cave at the Musée Vivant du Fromage. Before diving into the tasting, we’ll tour the museum and learn about the cheese-making process.

To complete our first day, we’ll “transport” to the Brittany region, savoring galettes for dinner and crêpes for dessert, paired with traditional cider.

Includes Lunch and Dinner

We’ll begin our morning making our own croissants at a Parisian baking school in the Marais, steps from the famous Place des Vosges. A skilled teacher will show us how to make this delicious viennoiserie, and we’ll leave with our very own croissants.

After we’ve mastered our croissants (and tasted them!), we’ll have some time to enjoy the Marais and a light lunch at a classic Parisian brasserie in the Place des Vosges, giving us a wonderful opportunity to people-watch.

Following our lunch, we’ll join a local for a 2-hour walking tour of the Marais, discovering the neighborhood’s medieval history, beautiful architecture, and stories of former famous inhabitants such as Victor Hugo.

To conclude our second day, we’ll gather for a traditional French meal.

Includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Enjoy a free morning, perhaps taking time to sit at a café or do some souvenir shopping.

In the afternoon, we’ll depart for Versailles at 1:00 p.m., where we’ll enjoy a private tour of the Palace of Versailles and its gardens, lasting approximately 3 hours.

We’ll wrap up our day with dinner at a local restaurant in Versailles before returning to Paris by van.

Includes Breakfast and Dinner

We’ll begin our day by meeting a local chef in their neighborhood and touring a local French market to pick out ingredients for lunch. Back at the chef’s apartment, we’ll cook a three-course meal together, with the chef demonstrating techniques and guiding you along the way. No culinary experience required. You’ll walk away with the recipes in hand, ready to recreate the meal for friends and family back home. We’ll wrap up the class enjoying our meal and sipping delicious wine.

Enjoy a free evening.

Includes Breakfast and Lunch

We’ll begin our day with a food and walking tour of the Left Bank (Latin Quarter and Saint-Germain-des-Prés), tasting one of the “best” croissants in Paris, sampling sweet treats, and ending the tour at a wine shop with a tasting of French wines paired with cheeses, charcuterie, and, of course, une baguette.

After the tour, you’ll have the afternoon to explore. Suggestions include visiting Notre-Dame Cathedral or spending time relaxing in the Luxembourg Gardens.

To conclude day five, we’ll dine at a local’s home.

Includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

We’ll begin our day in the picturesque hilltop village of Montmartre, enjoying a two-hour walking tour that explores old winding streets, a vineyard, artists’ studios (Renoir, Lautrec, Van Gogh, Picasso), street art, quiet gardens, historic cabarets, and the Place du Tertre with its artists. The tour concludes in front of the famous Sacré-Cœur Basilica.

You’ll have an hour or so to explore the top of the hill, after which we’ll enjoy lunch in Montmartre and a dessert at a special location. From there, the rest of the afternoon is yours, to continue exploring the winding streets or to rest at a café.

For our last evening, we’ll dine at a restaurant that’s a favorite of your host. We will meet at the restaurant.
